These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with I.N.E.S. (Impeccable Naturals Exquisite Sweets), a home bakery in Co. Donegal, Ireland. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and confirmation
Submitting an order or enquiry through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm availability, final details and price. An order is only confirmed once we have agreed the details with you. Prices shown for custom cakes are estimates and are finalised after we discuss your idea.
2. Lead time
We ask for at least 7 days' notice for orders. Urgent or short-notice orders may be possible only by prior arrangement and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Payment
We do not take payment online. Payment is arranged directly with us when your order is confirmed. A deposit may be required for larger or bespoke orders.
4. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change a confirmed order, please tell us as soon as possible. Because our cakes are made fresh to order, deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made close to the collection date. We will always try to be fair and flexible.
5. Allergies and food information
Our cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products may contain or have come into contact with these allergens, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering so we can advise you. It is your responsibility to inform anyone who will eat the cake of its ingredients.
6. Collection
Collection is arranged by agreement. Once a cake has been collected in good condition, responsibility for its storage, handling and transport passes to you.
7. Photographs and design references
Where you provide a reference photo, we will create our own interpretation and cannot guarantee an identical copy. Each cake is handmade and small natural variations are normal. We may photograph finished cakes for our own portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to.
8. Reviews
Reviews you submit may be published on our website. Please keep them honest and respectful; we may decline to publish content that is offensive, false or unlawful.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law, including under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Acts and consumer protection legislation. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
